BEHAVIOURAL SCIENCE FOR BUSINESS GROWTH
(in Latvian)

Dates: 16, 23 and 30 October.

Customer experience is increasingly becoming part of the product itself. Along with a product or service, customers also experience every interaction with the company - from the first information they receive and the expectations it creates, to the purchase, use, problem-solving, and the relationship after the sale.

The training programme consists of three practical sessions that apply approaches from behavioural science, social anthropology, customer experience, and strategic communication to the analysis of real business situations.
