Where Is U.S. Foreign and Security Policy Heading?

In a new "PowerHouse Latvia" conversation, Sintija Broka-Kovalevska speaks with Wilson Beaver, Senior Policy Advisor for Defense Budgeting and NATO Policy at The Heritage Foundation, about the changing direction of U.S. foreign and security policy and what it means for Europe and the Baltic states.
